Living Well with Chronic Condition
All community members welcome!  
This is an evidenced based workshop utilizing a standardized methodology to help participants develop ways to deal with physical, emotional and social challenges of chronic conditions. Topics include ways to deal with the physical, emotional and social challenges of chronic conditions. Topics include physical activity and exercise, healthy eating and weight management, getting a good night’s sleep, understanding emotions, dealing with depression, improving communication skills, working with health professionals and many more. The six-week workshop is facilitated by two trained leaders who have been certified to guide participants in finding practical ways to deal with their conditions. There is no cost for the workshop and all materials will be provided. The workbook “Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions” will be utilized and is available for purchase upon participant request. Community Education fee of $5.00 due at time of registration. Please register as soon as possible space is limited.
